4. One-Time Purchases
Certain products available on My Peak Summit can be purchased as a single, one-time transaction without any ongoing commitment.
Placing a one-time order does not automatically enroll you in PEAK Rewards Membership or any other recurring billing program.
A recurring subscription will only begin if you voluntarily choose a membership or subscription option during checkout or through your customer account. Any subscription will be clearly presented, including its pricing, billing frequency, and renewal terms, before your purchase is completed.
5. PEAK Rewards Membership & Recurring Payments
PEAK Rewards Membership is an optional subscription service that renews automatically every 30 days at the price displayed during checkout.
Your initial membership fee is charged immediately when your subscription purchase is completed. Unless you choose to cancel, your selected payment method will continue to be charged automatically at each renewal period.
By subscribing to PEAK Rewards Membership, you authorize Hikgear Commerce LLC to process recurring payments using your chosen payment method until your membership is canceled.
To help you stay informed, we will send a renewal reminder 5 to 7 days before your next scheduled payment whenever required by applicable law or our internal policy. A payment confirmation or receipt will also be sent after each successful renewal.
Membership enrollment is entirely optional. Customers must actively choose to subscribe, and the membership is never automatically added or pre-selected during the checkout process.
6. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your PEAK Rewards Membership at any time.
To end your subscription, simply sign in to your customer account and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact our Customer Support team at help@mypeaksummit.com for assistance.
No telephone call or additional verification is required to cancel your membership.
To prevent your next renewal payment, your cancellation request must be completed before your upcoming billing date. Once your cancellation has been processed, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further recurring charges will be applied.
7. Returns & Refunds
All requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the eligibility requirements, applicable timeframes, return procedures, refund conditions, and any product exclusions. By placing an order on My Peak Summit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
8. Shipping
All shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment procedures are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
